RENTAL POLICY AND TERMS

Please read this rental agreement carefully before proceeding with any transaction derived from the services provided by the website. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these legal terms. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately. This rental policy constitutes a legal agreement entered into between the Renter and Love Me Hire Me and shall apply to all orders placed through Love Me Hire Me. This agreement incorporates the “Privacy Policy” and “Terms and Conditions” by reference, with the same force and effect as if set forth in the body hereof.

  1. DEFINITIONS

The definitions outlined below apply throughout the terms;

  • Renter means all customers who have purchased the rental of a dress or try on services from Love Me Hire Me
  • Love Me Hire Me means “LOOMSANDROOMS FZCO”, the company established under the relevant laws of United Arab Emirates, that offers the services hereof
  • Dress means the designer dress offered for rental by Love Me Hire Me
  • Services means rental services, Try on Services or any other services that may be provided by Love Me Hire Me through this website.
  • Team means Love Me Hire Me staff and authorized personnel of the company
  • Rental Period means the period between the delivery date and return date pre-determined at the checkout of every transaction.
  • Delivery Date means the date in which the dress will be delivered to the Renter, which coincides with the first day of rental.
  • Return Date means the date in which the dress shall be returned to Love Me Hire Me
  • Delivery Location means the address provided by the Renter at checkout where delivery is intended to be in the UAE
  • Try On Services means Ordering of dresses through Love Me Hire Me website to test the fit of items before engaging in any rental agreement.
  • Damages means the actual expenditure in repairing any defects on the dress, replacing any parts of the dress, or other charges incurred in relation to incidents of whatsoever nature
  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER

All dresses must be returned in their original condition without any alteration or modification made on the dress including but not limited to sewing, cutting, dying, painting or embellishing. Tape, glue or other types of adhesives cannot be used.

Renter shall assume the sole risk of the dress, except ordinary wear & tear, from the time the dress is delivered to the Renter until the dress is returned to Love Me Hire Me.

The dress shall exclusively be used by the Renter. Any use of the dress apart from the Renter is not permitted without the prior consent of Love me Hire Me. Where user of the dress is different from the Renter, Renter remains liable for any damages or claims arising out of this agreement.

Renter is obliged to ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete with valid apartment/unit number, company name or other information required for delivery to be successfully completed.

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF LOVE ME HIRE ME

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Love Me Hire Me delivers every rental dry-cleaned, steamed and ready to wear.

The rental items are and remain the property of Love Me Hire Me at all times. Love Me Hire Me reserves the right to retrieve the item any time when deemed necessary.

  1. DELIVERY POLICY

Love Me Hire Me shall deliver to the Renter the dress in accordance with their selected design and size specifications, on or prior to the requested Delivery Date selected at the checkout.

The earliest date of delivery are as follows; If the dress is ordered in Dubai before 4 PM local time the dress will arrive on the same day of booking. For orders placed after 4 PM, the dresses will be delivered on the next business day of the UAE. For orders outside of Dubai, the items will again be delivered on the next business day of the UAE regardless of whether the dress is booked before 4 PM or after. The earliest delivery date of a dress is constrained by the limits above, however the Renter is free to push the Delivery Date to a further time slot. In case of likeliness of significant delay in delivery, the Team will contact you via the contact information provided by the Renter at checkout.

The Delivery Location where the services are to be offered is the whole United Arab Emirates only. Our delivery team can deliver your package to all Emirates in UAE. The delivery charge is 50 AED regardless of the number of items ordered or the distance of the delivery location.

Dress is deemed to have been delivered to either the Renter or the duly authorized representative of the Renter. Delivery shall occur at the Delivery Location specified by the Renter when placing their rental order. Upon arrival of dress, the Renter shall provide the necessary ID within the confines of our Privacy Policy guidelines for authentication purposes. If personal pick-up is made by an authorized representative, the necessary documentation shall be provided for identification. Love Me Hire Me reserves the right to refuse delivery unless necessary identification is provided.

  1. PAYMENT

Love Me Hire Me accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. Please note that with the above payment option, full payment will be taken immediately at checkout. For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. We do not accept cheque, postal orders or cash as a form of payment for the services.

Love Me Hire Me may offer you the option to convert your purchases into monthly instalments subject to the Terms & Conditions of your bank. This option will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout where you can select the period of time over which you want to spread the payments for the purchase along with any fees or interest, if applicable. We also provide instalment options through Delayed Payment Providers. The type of delayed payments on offer plus the eligibility requirements may differ depending on the vendor. Use of a service offered by a Delayed Payment Provider is subject to the vendor's terms and conditions and we shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Delayed Payment Provider. These payment options will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout where you can select the period of time over which you want to spread the payments for the purchase along with any fees or interest, if applicable.

Please note that if you return or cancel an item where you have opted to break the purchase price into installments, then you must contact your bank to cancel the instalment plan or address any processing fees that may apply. If you have paid using Tabby, Tamara or Postpay (Delayed Payment Providers), your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

An order can be cancelled at least upon 48-hour notice prior to the delivery date. The 48-hour notice requirement must be satisfied or the Renter will not be entitled to a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through an email to info@lovemehireme.com for assessment and acceptance. If necessary requirements to be granted a refund is satisfied, a 100% card refund will be issued. In circumstances deemed exceptional, we may entertain a cancellation request falling beyond the stipulated allowances; however, Love Me Hire Me retains the right to make the final determination.

Love Me Hire Me may cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to;

  • The dress is damaged by a customer that rented the dress prior to you
  • The item is lost or stolen by a customer that rented the dress prior to your
  • Impossibility of delivery due to late return or any reasons regarding the transportation restrictions

In the above mentioned cases, you will be entitled to a full refund through original form of payment.

If delivery fails for reasons of incorrect or incomplete address, Renter unavailability for dispatch, or Renter not being present on the address on day of delivery, the Renter will not be entitled to a refund. No refund will be granted for slightly late deliveries if the Renter has not notified the Team about the sensitivity of timing of delivery. Late delivery does not constitute valid grounds for refund, if the delivery was accepted or the dress was worn regardless of the delay.

Acceptance of dress occurs when the Renter fails to make any effective rejection after reasonable opportunity to inspect the dress, signifies that the dress is conforming or accepts the dress in spite of its nonconformity. It is noted that acceptance of a part of dress will mean the acceptance of the entire unit. After such acceptance any claims of defective performance regarding a default on the dress will be void and the Renter will not be entitled to a refund.

  1. RENTAL PERIOD AND LATE RETURN

Love Me Hire Me allows rental options of either 3 (three) days or 7 (seven) days. A dress can be rented for a minimum of 3 (three) days. The Start Date selected from the calendar will be the start date of your rental period. For longer rental periods than 7 (seven) days please contact us at info@lovemehireme.com . All rental periods are inclusive, meaning that both Delivery Date and Return Date is included in the count of rental period.

The Renter may elect to extend the duration of the Rental Period if the dress has not been booked for other customers in advance. Please check the website and calendar for availability.

Due to strong demand, dresses may be booked in advance for back to back customers. To ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery, all rental properties must be returned to the Team at the date and address determined at checkout. All customers will incur a penalty fee equivalent to 200 AED for each day that the dress is returned late. Should the Renter not return the dress at the Return Date, the dress will then be declared as stolen or lost and/or not returned after a maximum of 3 (three) days following the Return Date, and the rules and guidelines stated in Article 9 “Lost and Damaged Items” shall apply.

Love Me Hire Me has the sole discretion to allow for a grace period of 1-2 days if the late return does not affect a future booking for another customer. By accepting this agreement, you accept to pay the late return penalty fees as stated herein. You also give permission to Love Me Hire Me to send you a payment link with the penalty amount, using your contact permission as per our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

  1. TRY ON SERVICES

Love Me Hire Me provides “Try on Services” for customers that are unsure of the appearance or size of the dress that they are contemplating for rental. A customer can order maximum 3 (three) dresses at once for Try on Services. All Try On experiences should be completed on the same day of delivery for the “Love Me Hire Me Team” to pick up the dress or dresses from the initial delivery address, within a period of no more than 30 (thirty) minutes. Customers are free to use the “website” and proceed with a rental purchase upon a successful try on. If the customer wishes to immediately start the rental period after a successful try one, the receipt of a rental purchase completed through the website must be shown as proof to the “Love Me Hire Me Team”. The “Team” will take back the dresses that were not suitable for you if you decide not to proceed with a rental through the website.

It must be noted that rules and guidelines stated at; Art. 4 “Delivery Policy”, Art. 5 “Payment”, Art. 6 “Cancellation and Refund Policy”, Art. 7(3) “Late Return”, Art. 9 “Lost and Damaged Items” are all applicable to the complete scope of the “Try on Services” provided by Love Me Hire Me.

  1. LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event of an incident and/or if the dress is stolen and/or lost, the amount of “Damages” or “Total Loss” becomes payable by the Renter immediately on demand by Love Me Hire Me. The non-exhaustive list of additional costs that Renter incurs for lost and damaged items are as follows;

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear are identified as damages that cannot be remedied through regular cleaning. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if the damage can be covered through extensive detailed cleaning.
  • Other damages beyond normal wear and tear that render the dress as irreparable or unusable will amount to the full retail price of the dress becoming payable to Love Me Hire Me on demand.
  • If dresses are not returned in their original condition but with alteration or modifications made including but not limited to sewing, cutting, dying, painting or embellishing, the full retail price of the dress will be charged on demand by Love Me Hire Me.
  • If an item is declared as stolen or lost and not returned to Love Me Hire Me at the end of rental period, the full retail price of dress will be charged on demand by Love Me Hire Me.

The cost of restoring or replacing the dress and additional costs to repair the dresses will be on top of any amount already paid by the Renter.

You agree that under no circumstances will you attempt to clean/repair the rental items yourself, or have them cleaned by others. If the rental item arrives with prior damage, please take photos of the damage and contact us at info@lovemehireme.com  to inform the situation immediately. If such action is not taken and there was no evident damage on the dress prior to delivery, it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the Renter. By accepting these terms, you agree to be liable for any damage or total loss caused to the rental items during your period of rental, unless it is documented by the Renter on first inspection of the dress that the dress was damaged prior to delivery.

Renter acknowledges that due to the nature of this transaction the dresses are not brand new and may contain signs of wear & tear. The Renter will not be entitled to a refund if the damage that has been reported to be present prior to delivery is considered as trivial or insignificant.

  1. SUBRENTAL RESTRICTIONS

The Renter expressly covenants and agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly subrent, allow or permit the rented dress to be occupied in whole or in part by any person. Neither shall the Renter assign its rights hereunder to any other person or entity.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be construed as a whole and in accordance with its fair meaning and any ambiguities shall not be construed for or against either party. Headings are for convenience only and shall not be used in construing meaning. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Each Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

  1. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS

We may amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
